(Boulder-CO) I think I speak for all of us when I say that this whole testicular tumor news of Nene’s caught the Nuggets Nation off guard. He was just dunking in Amare Stoudemire’s face the night before, and then WHAM! Nene is gone, and for how long is uncertain.
But, the good news is Nene’s initial reports from biopsy results have been encouraging, though he still awaits the results of more biopsies, which should come later this week. It is still not being ruled out that Nene could return this season, but for the time being, we all need to keep our thoughts and prayers with Big Brazil.
We need, and miss you, Nene. Get well, big fella!
